ECO MATERIALS FOR OUR INSOLES

More than 50 years being specialists on designing through CAD/CAM and experts in biomechanics. Our knowledge let us develop insoles for all type of footwear in order to achieve comfort and avoid injuries and foot desiase.
Our anatomical insoles made by latex make possible to fulfill the most important characteristics once we want to select our footwear: Comfort and adaptability.

¿HOW IS IT POSSIBLE?

We have a technical team dedicated to study each client’s needs in order to guarantee the success of the project.
We are experts at CAD/CAM design, we create prototypes and moulds once the customer has approved. The strength of Flexor in manufacturing is that we have our on technology in order to design and manufacture our insoles.

¿WHY FLEXOR?

We are conscious about our environmental and it is our aim to preserve it and to reduce waist. Flexor is extremely worried about environment and we want to reduce it. We want to take part of an ECO world.
For that reason, we are working on materials which reduce environmental impact as:
  • Latex made by recycled particles.
  • Recycled textile with GRS certification.
  • Latex foams with GRS certification.
